Where can I capture clear lip explain?

Where can I get clear lip gloss but I don't want it completely clear. I know your prob thinking"Its only $4" but I want something cheap. SO where on earth can I get it and how much and what exactly is it.P.S. It has to own some sort of sparkle and smell good. THXS!!
you could always try covergirl but my suggestion is N.Y.C. brand lip gloss, its nice, cheap and looks really dignified quality. But if you want more selection, you could other go to the drug store and try your luck there.
