Lip add footnotes to containers?

i wrote a question before resembling this but i guess no one read this i dont want jars i considered necessary like tubes and the caps and applicator brushes i also considered necessary them cheap. i wanted to buy them off a site so if you can help out that would be great i need to get them soon. thanks=]
